Seth Kenny

The Prep Baseball Report Academy is proud to announce the addition of Seth Kenny to our experienced staff. Kenny has been a Division I college pitching coach for nine years, serving five years at Illinois State University and four at Austin Peay University. He also served as the recruiting coordinator for two years. In his nine years as a college coach, he’s had nine pitchers drafted under his tutelage, including two who made the major leagues. After his pitching career at Eastern Michigan University, he played two years of pro ball in the Oakland A’s organization.  

Todd Fine - Co-Owner

Co-owner of the Prep Baseball Report, Todd has developed the reputation as one of the  state’s preeminent baseball instructors. Over the last nine years Todd has coached and trained thousands of players, ranging from professionals to aspiring young players. Todd has served as an associate scout for the Houston Astros for five years. He is also the director of baseball operations for Top Tier Baseball, an elite high school summer team that has won five consecutive state titles and has sent more than 100 players to college and professional baseball.  He recently served as a coach for Under Armour at their All American Game at Wrigley Field and as Coach of USA Baseball's 14U Great Lakes team wheretwo of his players were chosen to represent Team USA.  Todd pitched at Michigan State University.

Cliff Brown

The Prep Baseball Report Academy is proud to welcome Cliff Brown. Cliff comes to the Prep Baseball Report with a wealth of baseball knowledge, ranging from college coaching to running training academies. From professional and college athletes to young, aspiring players, Cliff has trained thousands of players, including 32 players that have gone on to play professional baseball. Previously, Cliff operated a training academy for a professional baseball organization for three years. Prior to the training academy, Cliff served as the pitching coach at Valparaiso University, the recruiting coordinator and hitting coach at California State University-Los Angeles, assistant coach at Cal-State Dominguez Hills, and Northeastern Illinois University.  Cliff is equally adept at instructing hitting, pitching, defense, and catching, and is also an experienced strength and conditioning coach. Cliff’s passion and breadth of knowledge fits perfectly within the Prep Baseball Report’s mission.

Sarah O'Malley Fisher

Sarah is the former co-head softball coach for the University of Illinois at Chicago for seven years (2001-2008), where she led her teams to four regular season Horizon League championships, two tournament championships, regional appearances in 2002 and 2004 and three 40-win seasons. Previously, she served as assistant coach for three years (1999-2001) at UIC. During her time at UIC, Sarah coached four NCAA All-Americans, one Academic All-American, eight All-Region Honorees, four Conference Players of the Year, two Pitchers of the Year, three All-Newcomers of the Year and 15 All-Horizon First Team Honorees.  Sarah is a graduate of UIC, where she helped lead the Flames to a World Series appearance in 1994.  She also coached for Downers GroveNorthHigh School (3 years) and the Whiteford Sharks (5 years).

Peter Wolff

Peter played for Lake Forest High School where he was an All-Conference selection and All-Area Preformer in leading the Scouts to a school record in Wins (29) and a 3rd Place Finish in the 2003 IHSA State Tournament.  He was also a member of the first Top Tier team in 2004.  Wolff then earned a scholarship to play for Michigan State University, where he was a 4-Year Letter Winner and a Four Time Academic All-Big Ten Honoree. Peter was recently named to the Pioneer Press All-Decade-Team, as one of the Top 10 pitchers in the area from 2000-2009.

Tug Gillingham

Tug played three years at Purdue University (2000-2003), where he earned Academic All-Big 10 honors, and played two years at Northern Illinois University. Tug served as the assistant coach at Triton Junior College for two years and coached one year at Walther Lutheran High School, his alma mater where he was a three-year all-conference catcher. Tug also played three years of professional independent baseball with the Windy City Thunderbolts, South Georgia Peanuts and the Sioux City Explorers. Tug has been instrtucting catchers and hitters for the last five years.
